Alumni from across the University of Hawai‘i system are invited to a special evening of modern cuisine and contemporary cocktails. Join UH Maui College alumnus, Jon Pasion, Chef De Cuisine at the Andaz Maui, for a cooking demonstration of a three-course menu specifically created for this alumni event. The meal will be paired with the perfect cocktail crafted by the Andaz Maui mixology team.
